• Support the quality, security and environmental policies of the plant and work in accordance with the plant philosophy.
• Participate in achieving the plant's business plan objectives.
• Apply the operating disciplines in areas of responsibility.
• Respond to customer needs and services required
• Develop and follow through on a training matrix that will allow the necessary development of employees and the continuous improvement of services provided to the different areas of the organization.
• Evaluate employees according to the established procedures within the company.
• Establish clear objectives in the area and follow up on their compliance.
• Participate in all meetings where members of the staff are required.
• Ensure that all shipments that are received or sent from the plant are processed properly.
• Ensure that production goals are scheduled adequately.
• Provide customer requirement information to help generate sales forecasts.
• Maintain an adequate inventory level (cost).
• Apply material movement concepts created in DMS or any other tool used at the division level.

• 5 years experience in similar position (must have full PC&L responsibility, will be working with 5000+ components)
• SAP experience (must)
• 100% English
